Online Training

One of the major issues with online training is who knows what you are going to get? Until you go through your first month of training there's no way to know what to expect or if it will even work. How do you know who's reviewing your work or if they are qualified? With so many unanswered questions it is certainly hard to decide if this is the route you want to go. This is why I'm going to do my best to provide answers to all these questions and help you feel confident in my services!

Video Analysis

When you purchase training through me the reivews will be the most valueable portion of the training packages. Firstly, you will receive a video of your lift submitted in which I will address how you move through your positions and any faults throughout the process. Along with the video you will receive a write up. These write ups will include pictures of the problem areas along with strategies on corecting them and may be somewhat long. I would expect you to print these and keep them for as long as you like, as they will contain valuable information on how your lifts should look and what is propper for your build and flexibility. 

Quality Instruction

In all honesty comparing quality in this field is very difficult. Rarely can you have any concept of what the service is before experimenting. This is why I will guarantee my work. If you are not satisfied we will schedule a video chat to correct the problem area and if you still are not happy with your instruction then you will get a full refund. Bottom line. I am here to help. There is very little understanding of these movements and I just want to help everyone that's interested understand exactly what's going on. There is so much bad information floating around because of our inexperience, as Americans, in the sport. There are so many moving parts to the olympic lifts that it is very easy to make extremely detrimental mistakes. Without receiving high level instruction and practicing this instruction at a high level it is nearly impossible to coach these movements effectively. There is a huge difference in keeping people safe in a class setting and teaching them how to propperly lift. There is so much to learn that it is impossible to share the information without at least some discussion and training in a small group or one-on-one setting. Training under me will give you a better handle on what exactly weightlifting is and what happens every time you execute one of these movements. California Strength is well known for being revolutionary in creating programming and developing technique in late adoption athletes and for good reason. They are the best.
